Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Services

AAALL States Auto Transport, Inc. ("Company") is a licensed auto transport broker (MC# 462016). We arrange vehicle transportation services through our network of licensed and insured motor carriers.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on current market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of dispatch.

3. Payment

No deposit is required. Payment is due upon vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before a carrier is dispatched to pick up your vehicle without penalty.

5. Insurance

All carriers in our network are required to carry cargo insurance. Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to arranging transportation services. We are not liable for carrier actions, delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
