This policy outlines our terms regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, and the vehicle shipping process.

Purchase Currency

All prices and charges are made in USA currency (USD).

Services Offered

AAALL States Auto Transport operates as auto transportation brokers. We connect customers who need vehicle transport with licensed and insured carriers who perform the actual transportation.

Payment Terms

Customers provide debit or credit card information when signing contracts. However, charges are not processed until your vehicle is loaded onto the carrier. We use Stripe's encrypted platform for all transactions, ensuring your card data remains secure and protected.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Per D.O.T. regulations, all fees for transport must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 cancellation fee applies if customers cancel their contract within the initial 15-day window after signing.

Return Policy

Since we ship vehicles at flat rates, no returns are available. If you need to return a vehicle to its origin, this would constitute a new shipment and incur additional charges.

Shipping and Delivery

We contract independent haulers for transport. Please note the following important information:

  • Pick-up and delivery times are estimates only
  • Numerous factors can potentially cause delays (weather, traffic, mechanical issues, route changes)
  • Final delivery dates depend on the carrier's discretion and circumstances
  • There are no refunds or discounts for delayed shipments

We will communicate with you throughout the shipping process and provide updates on your vehicle's status.
